I AM My Loved Boychild
The Boychild Day focuses on connecting more deeply to our individuated Christ consciousness through our mental body. This initiation was spoken of by the apostle Paul when he said, “Let that mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.” The challenge for our Boychild archetype centers around issues of control— whether we surrender to a higher wisdom or insist on navigating life with our human ego defenses. To establish a deeper connection with the Christ mind, we have to “let go and let God.” We have to overcome our negative pride, egotism and aggressive behavior. The more we can do so, the more our Loved Boychild comes to the fore, with his joy, his enthusiasm, his good humor, sense of purpose and can-do spirit.
Following a dynamic teaching on the Boychild archetype given by Therese, Katri leads us through a series of points on the hands, feet, face and back to correct hormonal imbalances that contribute to excessive and unresolved Unloved Boychild energy, including anger and depression. This energy shift is anchored down to the level of our DNA, to help us to better manage our Boychild drive so we can ultimately be more attuned to the promptings of our higehr self.
In the afternoon, participants form teams and activate their Boychild spirit through a series of mental, emotional and physical challenges—the twelve labors of Hercules—great fun for Boychildren of all ages that keeps Boychild guessing!
In the evening, we enter the Christ Teepee and gather around an urn of fire for a healing ritual where we release our burdens in the flame of Krishna and receive a special gift.
This is followed by a powerful, holy meditation on the sponsoring master. We enter the secret chamber of the heart in a physical, tangible way and commune with one another in this sacred space, drawing down the blueprint for the Aquarian mission.
The Radiant Sherpa retreat far surpassed my expectations! I was able to tangibly make connections within myself with each archetype by the lectures, music and exercises used each day, and anchor them more fully within my being. Each day made me feel lighter and lighter, and filled with greater joy, and I have been able to take this home and make it part of my daily life. The caliber of the retreat participants also added to the wonderful experience. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone who wishes to make some breakthroughs within themselves, and I desire to make my participation at your retreat an annual event. I look forward to next year’s retreat!
